Mais heureusement, on reconna\u00eet Zyxomma petiolatum (Libellulidae) avec son abdomen filiforme qui donne l&rsquo;impression qu&rsquo;il a des yeux et un thorax \u00e9normes. On note ses yeux verts et les taches apicales de ses ailes.\u00a0 Ce qui est \u00e9galement <em>malheureusement<\/em> caract\u00e9ristique de cette esp\u00e8ce est le fait qu&rsquo;elle vole en soir\u00e9e, \u00e0 la tomb\u00e9e de la nuit. D&rsquo;o\u00f9 ses multiples noms anglais comme\u00a0Long-tailed Duskdarter, Dingy Dusk-darter, ou encore Slender Duskdarter.<br>Cette fois-ci, il n&rsquo;est pas tr\u00e8s tard, environ 17 heures, mais il parcourait en long et en large son territoire dans une mare \/canal profond\u00e9ment ombrag\u00e9 par les arbres qui l&rsquo;entourait.
