On remarque \u00e9galement que les ailes sont presque hyaline et que la tache basale commune au membre de ce genre est tr\u00e8s r\u00e9duite. On d\u00e9crit d&rsquo;ailleurs de nombreuses sous-esp\u00e8ces, en lien entre autres avec les variations g\u00e9ographiques et l&rsquo;isolement g\u00e9n\u00e9tique. Ces femelles Tramea ont pourtant la r\u00e9putation, au moins&nbsp; pour certaines esp\u00e8ces aux U.S.A, de pondre d&rsquo;une fa\u00e7on \u00e9tonnante; si l&rsquo;acte de ponte est celui que l&rsquo;on voit sur la photo o\u00f9 la femelle frappe la surface de l&rsquo;eau avec son abdomen pour y lancer ses \u0153ufs, le m\u00e2le la survole et d\u00e8s que les quelques \u0153ufs sont lanc\u00e9s la femelle reprend sa place en tandem derri\u00e8re le m\u00e2le, puis se s\u00e9pare \u00e0 nouveau de lui pour aller pondre.
