Sinorogomphus nasutus ou Chlorogomphus nasutus (dans la World Odonata List, Schorr & Paulson) car\u00a0la taxonomie ne semble pas encore fix\u00e9e, est une grande esp\u00e8ce de montagne, et comme on le remarque bien sur le profil (ma seule photo !) la face est \u00e9tir\u00e9e vers l’avant de fa\u00e7on tr\u00e8s caract\u00e9ristique, le front est triangulaire et comme taill\u00e9 \u00e0 la serpe\u202f! Son nom d’esp\u00e8ce est certainement inspir\u00e9 par ce d\u00e9tail anatomique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je ne connais pas sa taille et donner une approximation alors qu’on a vu tant de nouvelles esp\u00e8ces est difficile.

Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9crit \u00e0 partir d’un sp\u00e9cimen chinois par Needham en 1930 et c’est l\u00e0 qu’il est le mieux repr\u00e9sent\u00e9, au Guandong, Guangxi, Fujian et Guizhou, mais il est bien s\u00fbr aussi pr\u00e9sent au Nord du Vietnam.

D’ailleurs, il s’agit sans doute plus t\u00f4t de la sous-esp\u00e8ce Chlorogomphus nasutus sato\u00ef d\u00e9crite par Asahina 1995, qui se distingue de l’esp\u00e8ce nominale par les motifs jaunes des 2 premiers segments abdominaux. Ci-dessous est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 l’abdomen de l’esp\u00e8ce nominale Cholorogomhus nasutus nasutus et en le comparant \u00e0 ma photo, on note en effet de nettes diff\u00e9rences sur ces 2 segments ( Chlorogomphid dragonflies of Guizhou Province, China with first descriptions of Chlorogomphus tunti and Watanabeopetalia usignata larvae (Anisoptera: Cordulegastridae),\u00a0 H.-M.ZHANG and X.-L.TONG).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
