Ueno, membre du Mus\u00e9e National des Sciences de Tokyo qui a fourni de nombreux sp\u00e9cimens d&rsquo;odonates au Dr Asahina. De tr\u00e8s nombreuses autres esp\u00e8ces appartenant \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents ordres lui sont aussi d\u00e9di\u00e9s.<br>C&rsquo;est un tr\u00e8s long zygopt\u00e8re qui montre un abdomen de 53 mm et une taille totale d&rsquo;environ 63 mm. Comme tous les Coeliccia (jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 preuve du contraire, car le genre ne cesse de s&rsquo;\u00e9tendre et peut-\u00eatre trouvera-t-on un jour une exception)  il se pose ailes semi-ferm\u00e9es seulement.<br>On l&rsquo;identifie \u00e0 ses motifs thoraciques indent\u00e9s\u00a0<em>assez<\/em> sp\u00e9cifiques, au moins dans le nord du Vietnam, parce qu&rsquo;au Centre, il les partage avec une esp\u00e8ce r\u00e9cemment d\u00e9crite, Coeliccia\u00a0phamiha (Phan &amp; Tran, 2018).
