Hetaerina laesa m\u00e2le, P\u00e9rou, Cocha Buffeo, 18\/08\/2023<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Hetaerina laesa, Calopterygidae, est une des 37\u00a0esp\u00e8ces que contient ce genre.
Il est relativement facile \u00e0 identifier, car il est un des seuls \u00e0 porter des marques vert m\u00e9tallique sur le thorax (1). Celles de H. cruentata<\/a> sont plus r\u00e9duites, limit\u00e9es \u00e0 la partie post\u00e9rieure de l’\u00e9pisterne m\u00e9tathoracique<\/a>. H. flavipennis est end\u00e9mique de l’\u00c9quateur et les H. sanguinea, que nous avons rencontr\u00e9s dans la r\u00e9serve de Tamshiyacu-Tahuayo ne portaient pas de coloration verte, comme cela peut parfois arriver, comme ici en Colombie<\/a> o\u00f9 les taches sont aussi beaucoup plus petites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ici, bien que p\u00e2les, on note les larges taches vertes sur l’\u00e9pim\u00e8re m\u00e9sothoracique et l’\u00e9pisterne m\u00e9tathoracique<\/a>.
Selys (2) indique que son abdomen mesure 40 mm, ce qui doit donner une taille totale de 50 mm.


Comme tous les Hetaerina, il fr\u00e9quente les ruisseaux, ici, c’est l’\u00e9missaire d’un \u00e9tang, Cocha Buffeo, en limite de for\u00eat, en compagnie de H. caja, de Neoneura rubriventris et de Argia euphorbia.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

L’esp\u00e8ce est largement r\u00e9pandue en Am\u00e9rique du Sud, de la Colombie \u00e0 la Guyane Fran\u00e7aise, jusqu’au sud du P\u00e9rou et du Br\u00e9sil.

Hetaerina<\/strong> (3) est un genre cr\u00e9\u00e9 par Hagen, du grec – \u1f11\u03c4\u03b1\u03af\u03c1\u03b1 = compagnon, courtisane<\/em> et du suffixe \u2013 \u03b9\u03bd\u03cc\u03c2 \u2013\u03ae \u2013\u03cc\u03bd = se rapportant \u00e0…, comme<\/em>. Hagen n’explique pas ce choix mais il est clairement en rapport avec la f\u00e9minit\u00e9, comme souvent pour les zygopt\u00e8res, comme puella<\/em> ou virgo<\/em>.
Laesa<\/strong>, sans doute du latin laesus<\/em>, pour –abimer, endommager<\/em>, car Selys (2) pr\u00e9cise :\u00a0\u00bbAppendices anals (sic] manquent\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
