Coeliccia cyanomelas (Platycnemididae) est un des 10 Coeliccia que j’ai photographi\u00e9s au Vietnam et c’est un genre qui compte une soixantaine d’esp\u00e8ces depuis l’est de l’Inde jusqu’au Japon. On compte 34 esp\u00e8ces de Coeliccia au Vietnam, certaines non encore d\u00e9crites (Phan Toan (chercheur \u00e0 Duy Tan University , Vietnam), 23\/01\/2019, Facebook).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parmi les Coeliccia \u00e0 thorax tach\u00e9 de bleu, il est facile \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre par ses petites lignes bleues parall\u00e8les sur la face dorsale du thorax. Il montre un abdomen disproportionn\u00e9 (40 mm) par rapport \u00e0 un tout petit thorax, ce qui lui donne une longueur totale d’environ 47 mm.
Il se plait pr\u00e8s des ruisseaux et rivi\u00e8res foresti\u00e8res et c’est pr\u00e8s de ce cours d’eau<\/a> que nous l’avons rencontr\u00e9 \u00e0 2 reprises dans le parc de Xuan Son, le 8 juin 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En 2020, plusieurs autres esp\u00e8ces se sont retrouv\u00e9es synonymis\u00e9es avec ce Platycnemididae ; il s’agit de C. wilsoni, C. sexmaculata et C. mingxiensis qui appartenaient en fait \u00e0 la m\u00eame esp\u00e8ce et en \u00e9taient des synonymes dits juniors. Ce qui a tromp\u00e9 les auteurs, c’est l’extr\u00eame diversit\u00e9 de l’esp\u00e8ce en fonction de son \u00e2ge. Il faut savoir que jeune, elle est jaune !

On le rencontre dans le grand sud de la Chine, Hong Kong, et au Vietnam.
