Il en est tr\u00e8s proche selon Lieftinck, mais pr\u00e9sente tout de m\u00eame de notables diff\u00e9rences de coloration sur les derniers segments. De plus, il n&rsquo;est pas pr\u00e9sent au Sarawak et n&rsquo;est connu que d&rsquo;une petite zone au Kalimantan voisin.<br>Bien s\u00fbr, Lieftinck ignorait \u00e0 cette \u00e9poque la grande diversit\u00e9 d&rsquo;esp\u00e8ces qui m\u00e8nerait \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation du genre Telosticta au sein des Platystictidae.<br>Le genre comprend actuellement 17 esp\u00e8ces, 14 sont pr\u00e9sentes au Sarawak, 6 dans l&rsquo;ouest, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire la r\u00e9gion que nous avons prospect\u00e9e. Mais si son S9 est bleu-vif sur sa face sup\u00e9rieure comme pour ses 2 cousins, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.meslibellules.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Telosticta-dupophila-male-4.webp\">son S8 n&rsquo;est partiellement color\u00e9<\/a> que sur la partie lat\u00e9rale et distale de sa face sup\u00e9rieure ; avec beaucoup de r\u00e9serves,<em> dupo<\/em> pourrait venir du grec <em>dupein<\/em>, <em>se cacher,<\/em> et de <em>phila<\/em>, qui signifie <em>qui aime<\/em>, ou <em>ami de<\/em>.
