Ils sont 172 dans le monde et 71 en Afrique (il \u00e9tait cependant connu au Ghana depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es).<br>Il appartient au groupe B, qui contient 26 esp\u00e8ces en Afrique. Ils se caract\u00e9risent en principe par leur taille petite ou moyenne, leur coloration en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral plus p\u00e2le que ceux du groupe A. Et <em>C. curta &amp; pyriformosa<\/em> ; <em>E. nigra<\/em> ; <em>P. kersteni, hamoni, sjoestedti melanicterum<\/em> ; <em>O. chrysostigma<\/em> ; <em>Trithemis arteriosa<\/em> et <em>grouti<\/em> ; <em>Tetrathemis camerunensis<\/em>...  \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Twifo Atti-Morkwa, 20\/01\/2026<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'ADDO nous dit qu'on rencontre <em>Pseudagrion isidromorai<\/em> sur \"<em>les ruisseaux, mais probablement aussi les rivi\u00e8res, situ\u00e9s dans des zones ouvertes en for\u00eat, surtout les sections plus calmes pr\u00e9sentant une v\u00e9g\u00e9tation \u00e9mergente et aquatique, ainsi qu'un fond meuble (type vaseux).<\/em>\"<br>Et c'est bien dans ce milieu que nous l'avons trouv\u00e9, \u00e0 part la for\u00eat ; s'il y avait bien quelques arbres comme on le voit sur la photo, nous \u00e9tions \u00e0 quelque distance de la <em>vraie<\/em> for\u00eat.<br>Car <a href=\"https:\/\/www.meslibellules.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Vue-aerienne-du-site-de-decouverte-de-Pseudagrion-isidromorai.webp\">la vue a\u00e9rienne est inqui\u00e9tante<\/a> pour cette esp\u00e8ce rare ; on y voit que la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation naturelle a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9limin\u00e9e pour planter des palmiers \u00e0 huile (<em>Elaeis guineensis<\/em>) et que ce site hors du commun ne le restera pas longtemps.<br><br>Sa distribution g\u00e9ographique est \u00e9tendue depuis la Sierra Leone et la Guin\u00e9e \u00e9quatoriale jusqu'en Angola au sud et aux Congo avec des lacunes car il n'a pas (encore) \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couvert en C\u00f4te d'Ivoire, au Togo et au B\u00e9nin.<br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iucnredlist.org\/species\/133327587\/176982958#geographic-range\">IUCN Red List<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u00c9tymologie Pseudagrion isidromorai<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pseudagrion<\/strong>\u00a0(Endersby &amp; Fliedner, 2015) du grec ancien,\u00a0<em>pseudo<\/em>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0<em>faux, erron\u00e9,<\/em>\u00a0et d\u2019a<em>grion<\/em>, ceci, comme l\u2019\u00e9crit Selys (1876), pour t\u00e9moigner de la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u00e9parer ce genre des Agrion ; \u00ab\u00a0les Pseudagrions semblent tr\u00e8s voisins des vrais Agrions\u00a0\u00bb.
