Argia pulla femelle, Mexique, Chiapa de Corzo (Chiapas), au bord du Rio Grijalva, 26\/10\/2019<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Cette jeune femelle Argia pulla est sans doute assez facile \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre, car tr\u00e8s commune en Am\u00e9rique centrale et en Am\u00e9rique du Sud\u202f; elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9e par Dennis Paulson et je n'ai pu que \"v\u00e9rifier\" et la comparer \u00e0 celles et ceux que j'avais rencontr\u00e9s au Panama<\/a> et au Costa Rica<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les femelles montrent parfois des ailes ambr\u00e9es, ce que j'avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 pu observer de fa\u00e7on moins flagrante lors de mes deux rencontres pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, mais je pense que cette coloration a tendance \u00e0 s'att\u00e9nuer lorsqu'elles deviennent vraiment matures.
Il ou elle mesure autour de 30 mm, se plait sur les rivi\u00e8res, ruisseaux, mares des milieux ouverts ou en bordure de for\u00eat. Son aire de distribution s'\u00e9tend du Mexique au Br\u00e9sil et \u00e0 l'Argentine (Carlos Esquivel).
