Asiagomphus acco est le seul des 3 Asiagomphus que nous avons rencontr\u00e9 \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter un abdomen noir, \u00e0 l’exception de larges marques sur S1 et S2 et de la marque caract\u00e9ristique sur S9.
Il porte 3 bandes jaunes sur le thorax, l’une ant\u00e9rieure en forme de \u00ab\u00a0L\u00a0\u00bb et deux sur la face lat\u00e9rale du thorax sans \u00ab\u00a0point\u00a0\u00bb dans la r\u00e9gion ante hum\u00e9rale, sans ligne jaune interm\u00e9diaire entre les marques lat\u00e9rales.

C’est une esp\u00e8ce des ruisseaux forestiers en plaine ou en basse montagne et on le rencontre dans le nord du Vietnam, le sud de la Chine et le Laos. Je pense qu’il mesure environ 55 \u00e0 60 mm.
IUCN Red List<\/a>
Il faut noter que l’esp\u00e8ce a d’abord \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9crite par Asahina, 1996 comme Asiagomphus xanthenatus acco et malgr\u00e9 la nette diff\u00e9rence dans les appendices anaux avec xanthenatus<\/em>, elle n’a jamais fait l’objet d’une nouvelle publication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La femelle, objet d’une triste photo dans un ruisseau forestier, pr\u00e9sente les m\u00eames marques thoraciques, mais montre des anneaux jaunes incomplets de S3 \u00e0 S7. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nous avons rencontr\u00e9 des dizaines de Gomphidae durant ces prospections et cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 pour moi l’occasion de d\u00e9couvrir leur pilosit\u00e9, ce que je n’avais jamais observ\u00e9 auparavant. La photo de gauche m’a ouvert les yeux et j’ai cherch\u00e9 parmi nos Gomphidae fran\u00e7ais et effectivement, ils semblent tous arborer une paire de touffe de soies sur chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 du S1, et parfois cette pilosit\u00e9 s’\u00e9tend aussi sur le S2. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
