Sur les 2 photos ci-dessous on note l&rsquo;inconstance de la ligne noire qui parcourt l&rsquo;abdomen. Mais ce dernier montre des taches ambr\u00e9es \u00e9galement sur la base des ailes ant\u00e9rieures et S. fonscolombii pr\u00e9sente une bande claire qui lui barre le thorax. Il est \u00e9galement proche de Urothemis assignata mais les taches alaires basales  de ce dernier sont tr\u00e8s sombres.
