Gomphus simillimus femelle, Castelnau-Chalosse (France-40), 04\/07\/2020<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

C'est la seule femelle Gomphus simillimus que j'ai rencontr\u00e9e au cours de ces 2 journ\u00e9es et demi de prospection.
On applique aux femelles les m\u00eames crit\u00e8res d'identification qu'aux m\u00e2les, en particulier pour les bandes ant\u00e9hum\u00e9rales parall\u00e8les, qui sont classiquement aussi larges que la bande jaune qu'elles encadrent ; elles sont mod\u00e9r\u00e9ment grasses, beaucoup moins que celles de G. graslinii<\/a> mais plus que celles de G. pulchellus<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On note que la plus interne de ces bandes noires parall\u00e8les ne vient pas au contact de la ligne noire, en arri\u00e8re, comme pour G. pulchellus.
La suture interpleurale n'est soulign\u00e9e de noir que dans partie inf\u00e9rieure : elle est compl\u00e8tement noire pour G. pulchellus, marqu\u00e9e de noire en bas et en haut pour G. graslinii.

Cette femelle se trouvait en bordure d'un champ, perch\u00e9 sur les arbres et arbustes qui cachaient la rivi\u00e8re l'Este<\/a> \u00e0 notre vue, dans un environnement forestier.
