Pour ce faire, il utilise ses appendices anaux \u00e0 l&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;abdomen, et vient crocheter avec ses cerco\u00efdes et ses cerques (appendices anaux respectivement sup\u00e9rieurs et inf\u00e9rieurs), chez les zygopt\u00e8res, le pronotum de la femelle ou l&rsquo;espace situ\u00e9 entre le pronotum et le thorax. Pour \u00eatre plus pr\u00e9cis les cerco\u00efdes viennent enserrer la zone de contact entre le prothorax et le m\u00e9sothorax, juste en arri\u00e8re et en avant du bord post\u00e9rieur du pronotum. <br>Quant aux cerques, ils prennent un contre-appui sur le pronotum.<br>Pour Pyrrhosoma nymphula femelle, je n&rsquo;ai pas de bonne photo qui montre correctement les structures du pronotum, car il est tr\u00e8s sombre.
