Indocnemis orang est un Platycnemididae et pendant ce s\u00e9jour et j’aurai vu plus de femelles que de m\u00e2les.
Le m\u00e2le mesure environ 55 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C’est une esp\u00e8ce connue pour fr\u00e9quenter les rivi\u00e8res de for\u00eat \u00e0 fond sableux ou rocheux, dans des zones collinaires ou montagneuses.
Son aire de distribution s’\u00e9tend de l’est de l’Inde au sud de la Chine et \u00e0 la Malaisie.

Mise \u00e0 jour<\/em> ; en d\u00e9cembre 2018 Quoc Toan Phan a publi\u00e9 Notes on the genus Indocnemis Laidlaw, 1917 in Vietnam with description of Indocnemis marijanmatoki sp. n. Dans de document, il introduit une nette distinction entre deux formes d’Indocnemis orang, orang et kempi, bas\u00e9e en particulier sur la forme, en bouclier ou en fine ligne, de la marque color\u00e9e sur le synthorax et la couleur des cerco\u00efdes.  Le m\u00e2le, et donc certainement les femelles, font ainsi partie de la sous-esp\u00e8ce orang<\/em> pour la largeur de la coloration bleue sur le synthorax (pour le \u2642) et les cerco\u00efdes sombres, m\u00eame si ma photo surexpos\u00e9e sur cet endroit pr\u00e9cis semble montrer le contraire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
